Our room smelled like smoke for 3 days, although it’s a non smoking hotel. After the 3rd day which was the worst,I called the from desk to complain and all they offered to do was send in room cleaning and investigate the rooms around us. I would’ve expecting some are of refund, but nothing was offered.
