Large 2 rooms residence tree

2 room apartment 40m2, 1st floor, in the middle of a wooded park of 3 hectares with tennis and free supervised swimming pool, located 200 m from the beach and close to all shops (grocery store, primeur, press, hairdresser, beautician, .. .). For leisure: bike rental and Cinema.
The housing is 10 min. from the train station and a bus service is available to reach the apartment.

Residence with concierge during the day, guarded by a vigil at night. Pool supervised by lifeguard, possibility swimming lessons. Tennis accessible for free on simple registration with the concierge.

The linen is offered for rent and will be made available to you upon arrival by the person who will take care of you on site (handing over of the keys, inventory of fixtures).
