On the first floor there is a fully equiped kitchen,a bathroom with a shower & a bedroom with a double bed.
In both sides you will find beautiful yard.
Washing machine,dishwasher and their cleaning powders are offered free of charge!

Wonderful and quiet

This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. This is a great town for those who want peace and quiet and families. I cannot say enough about our stay, we loved it!! The kitchen and main bedroom are on second floor and accessed via a spiral staircase so beware! It was not a problem for us but It can be a problem for mobility challenged.

Die Vermieter waren im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon. Bei hohen sommerlichen Temperaturen ist der steil ansteigende Weg zum Haus zurück zu Fuß etwas anstrengend und schweißtreibend, sodass wir uns oft für das Auto entschieden haben, wenn wir zum Strand oder zur (wirklich tollen) Bäckerei wollten.
