The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was plenty clean and sufficient for practical needs. Breakfast options for 5 euros were quite nice.
Our only complaint is the tremendous amount of noise and commotion and banging done by some unruly guests well past midnight.

"So this is a great hotel which i have stayd at many times and i would give it a10 but the air condition is truly awfull ( it is somply not cool enough for summer)which is too bad especially during a heatwave. In the past the ac worked much better"

"We really enjoyed the all-inclusive part of the resort. The reservation-only restaurant at the resort was terrible, but the buffet was consistently good.
