This is a true 5-star hotel. From the moment you walk in, the bellboy, reception staff, supervisors, and management make you feel welcome. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great, but they could advertise their amenities better. The first time I stayed there I had no idea they had laundry facilities for guests. The second time I stayed I discovered that they had laundry facilities and I purchased it.

It is good if you like warm cramped spaces. Freezer frozen, can't place items in. Refrigerator too cold, freezes items. Codes sent didn't work to open door. Rooms containing cubiks has a different code unknown to us if door is closed, locking automatically. If bed above you it squeaks when they move. Good location and easy access to Metro. Great area for walking sight seeing.

Nice hotel very close to train, but a long walk to downtown. No real restaurant open in evening (a few grab and go items, only 1 beer/ no other alcohol, no sweets); no balcony, small bathroom.
