The property has an amazing view but it’s a slight trek to the main shopping areas. I stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved having the view and clean space. The only downside was housekeeping coming into our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. It was alarming to come back to see that our room was made up when we did not request it. The cups at the rooftop terrace were also a bit dirty.

We had the most wonderful stay here for 3 days over easter. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, every part of it is carefully thought out. The decor is gorgeous, rooms spacious with lovely high ceilings and it is immaculately clean. The grounds are stunning, service and staff exceptional, i cannot think of one negative thing about our stay. Breakfast was also excellent and dinner in the restaurant the same with very reasonable pricing too for a 5 star hotel. A couple of minutes walk away are a couple of pleasant local restaurants and if you have a car, lots of hikes nearby. We loved every minute of our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Nice property in a great location. No street noise in our room. Staff were all helpful. Room was small but well laid out.

We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.

It is a ok hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, but I would not say it is a 5 star hotel. It is 4 stars. Location is great. Breakfast was good.
