"The service was unprofessional very rude. Breakfast is non-existent, unless you deem a plastic to-go container of cereal and powdered milk as breakfast. The photographer for this establishment should be commended for their exceptional work, because it doesnt look anything like its pictures. The pool is nice. No jets in the hot tub."

"No key cards. Doors have number pads, which seem to be fitted recently. Booked a poolside king, but the number pad on that room wasn't working so ended up in back corner of property. $10 per day for parking?! Which is not indicated on hotels.com. Pool and pool area is nice. Centrally located to Tempe, downtown Scottsdale."

"My room was located "On the street" not beside the street! When I opened the door of my room I could touch cars! I turned the air conditioner on during the night to prevent street noises, but the noise of air conditioner was worse! Overall, I couldn't sleep whole night!"
