They advised me no manager work during the day. I was trying to fix my mistake and make adjustments, but no one there was capable or willing to offer assistance. Very frustrating interaction. "

"We were only in town for one night and rented two rooms. We did not make much use of the amenities of the hotel, but it was very clean and nice, and the staff was great. The rooms were large and well-equipped. I asked for a restaurant information for dinner, and she not only gave me printed list, but highlighted her favorites. It's in a great location...near Old Town Scottsdale. The included breakfast was plentiful. We also liked the fact that there was complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The place we were at prior to staying there charged for every little thing. Very happy and would stay there again. "

"Room is clean, staff is friendly, outdoor pool is good size, around the area is open space and 4 closed gate by 4 corners. Also 10 minutes from the attractions , like Hole in the rock, zoo , papago park and Desert Botanical Garden"
