"The room was nice, the extra fees were insane. They want $250 to hold for 7-10 days after we arrived. They wanted parking paid nightly and left a notice on our car to pay for an extra night of parking before we even checked out of our room the last day. The pool and hot tub were nice to have available in the heat, but were full of plant debris the entire 4 days we were there. Breakfast is $20 per person. The kitchenette room was just a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Staff was friendly!"

"The staff was very helpful, friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was good. Pool didn’t look terribly appealing but was surprisingly refreshing and a nice break on a hot day! Daily breakfast was good even as a vegetarian. Very quick access to Tempe, to the highway taking you where you want to go and close by the airport but no plane noise. My ASU college grad daughter left her diploma holder in the room and even after 5 days after check out, I was able to call and housekeeping had located it and we got it shipped to us in Florida! Thank you!"
