Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of Lake Mead from the balcony. The hotel was not a resort and glitzy like those in the strip, it was affordable, clean, and convenient. Hoover dam was just 4 minutes away and Las Vegas was only 20 minutes down the interstate. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

I had some apprehensions as I approached the property late the first evening at check in. By the next day I couldn't have been more wrong. Everything (room, bed, sheets, bathroom/shower, lobby, pool) was very clean and in great condition. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As mentioned prior, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bed & sheets as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is essentially a repainted motel 6 that has seen better days. Grossly overpriced. Blood stains on the walls, coffee machine broke (no coffee for breakfast), had to eat cereal out of a cup, and the only “napkins” they could offer at breakfast were tissues. This place is struggling. The front desk guy overnight was a good guy though—helped breakup a domestic dispute in the room next to mine.

Internet was good, breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Friendly staff. Was here for 3 days and had no hot water. I reported it 3 times and i still had no hot water. I am older and have arthritis and taking a cold shower each morning was not good! The room was nice, very comfortable bed in separate room with fold out couch in living room, and handicap parking right there, but the water situation was really upsetting.

Terrible stay! Will be demanding a significant refund. Here 4 ‘and five days. On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool.
Only barely lukewarm water in both sink and shower all 5 days. Told it was fixed but it remained the same all 5 days of the stay. Complained every day.

I was hoping I could post a good review to counter the negative ones. However, after having a door lock that had loose screws, a shower that was luke-warm at best, no TV remote....and this was just the first room we were in. Our second room had to slam the door to close and no body wash in the shower. One positive note about the room, you could take off foot calluses with your towel. Sound deadening between the rooms was pretty good, especially for what appeared to be an older building. Staff was super friendly and was quick to assist when we contacted them. Looks like Best Western just bought this property. Hopefully they will make improvements.

The front desk staff was very nice, which made up for the 2 hour wait to check in. The room was comfortable and clean but not well maintained. The bathtub had paint peeling from the floor exposing rust, the faucet handle was loose and not easy to turn on, towels were very small and scratchy not soft at all. The handles for the sink were not secure to the countertop. The hot tub was nice and hot but the bubble jets did not work, there were used towels left everywhere around the pool. Then the free breakfast was very limited and the area unkept and not clean with very cheap paper plates that were not strong enough to hold a bagel. If I had not been completely exhausted after a 25 mile bicycle ride that day I would have just cancelled my reservation after the first hour of waiting for my room.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past. I attend a Christmas party the first week in December. The room last year compared to this year was comparable, clean and comfortable. Breakfast this year made no comparison to last year. They were out of coffee cups, the only offering for breakfast was cereal, waffles and a few muffins. I had to contact the staff to get a coffee cup and they brought in the coffee cups used in the rooms.
