"Waterpark was amazing and a lot of fun. Only problem was our shower had a horrible smell from the drain and what looked like black mold in the shower and on the shower vent. I told them at check out about the issue and they offered to credit one day of resort fees. For as much as you spend on staying there you would think the rooms would be a little more maintained. "

"We would definitely return; great central location. The 2 bedroom helped our family spread out and not be on top of each other. Unit was clean and stocked of essentials. Property in general could be (cosmetically) updated and become quite luxurious! Given a full day of rain, we noticed a little leak and within minutes the maintenance team was at the door to look at it/address. External property grounds are pretty and well maintained. "
