"Positive Things: The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was within easy walking distance to many things in central Phoenix. Negative Things: The AC at this hotel did not keep up when the outside temperature was above 100F. The exit of HVAC for the room is a vent above the door into the hall. So, when another guest used a cell phone in the hall at midnight (maybe to not disturb someone in their own room), everyone on the floor could hear it."

"Little tricky to find but made sense when I figured it out, love it, they have a sister company you can go to for amenities, all and all 9.75 out of 10 "

"Everything was great about it except the water pressure in the shower was weak, and I think a Hyatt should have real creamers for the in room coffee."

"The Gym!! Holy cow!! So much space and equipment and even Pilates reformers!! We LOVED the gym!! Used it probably too much for a couple day vacation. Lol"

"Had some complications with Hotels.com, and their process, which I'm still waiting for them to resolve to be fair. However, the hosts of unit were a pleasure to work with, and did the best they could to accommodate me for the issues, and errors that Hotels.com created. I would recommend this place and company to everyone I know."
