Great amenities. The cafe and the restaurant downstairs were convenient, but the hot tub wasn't working the first night (it wasn't hot). It gradually became warmer as the weekend continued. The Hyatt Regency downtown Phoenix is an excellent place to stay, clean, friendly staff reasonable rates for a downtown location. I’ve stayed there several times and will stay there again when I’m in Phoenix.
