"Doesn’t come with anything unless you ask & then that’s limited. No toaster, hairdryer, coffee pot, etc…. Would only give us 4 towels (we had 4 adults & baby) & not enough chairs in the common areas to sit & then we were told we couldn’t move lobby chairs into kitchen table area even though it’s 10 feet away & we would put them back. "

"Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast and evening food. I also loved that they have a restaurant that’s open until midnight. I had medical scans one day, came to room after being at MD Anderson all day, fell asleep, had no energy to go out for dinner, I remembered they had the restaurant! What I ordered was delicious and fresh and the lady at bar was amazing! Will definitely book here again, when scan time comes around 💜"

"The room is spaceful, and clean. The staff was friendly. I checked in late. She was on the phone with the other guest regarding the room rate charging issue. She was the only receptionist and I have to wait for 5-8 minutes. She apologized for the wait. I would recommend adding one more reception to help. I love their continental breakfast."

"Be aware that when they say this place is pet friendly, they should include that it is NOT people friendly. The bed spread in the master bedroom was completely coated in dog hair. Not even just one kind: Long hair, short hair and so much of it that my pants were coated from just sitting down on it. Seems like it’s never been laundered after multiple different pets stayed here. It was disgusting and we didn’t end up actually staying there because the bedding wasn’t usable. The host was slow to reply when we brought up the issue and won’t refund us even half of what we paid. "
