"The room, the staff and location."

"The staff was polite and helpful. I am a light sleeper and asked the lady for a quiet upon arrival. She gave me a room on the "quiet" side of the building, away from the highway entrance. The room was quiet and clean. Everything in the room functioned well. Did not hear noise from outside traffic or people in other rooms, or on the hallway. The breakfast was good with many options. There was even a soda machine. I was very satisfied."

"The breakfast was nice and had a good variety, a different hot item each day in the last warmer. The pool was very clean and so was the hot tub. Housekeeping was very nice. One thing I’d change is the temperature of the hot tub, it was scorching. Another thing is we wish our room got vacuumed, or some type of carpet deodorizer. There was a stale smell all week. Check in and check out went very smoothly. "

"My family and I had a great time. This was a beautiful home in an excellent location! The pool was a great touch and there was plenty of space for us to hang out together or take in some quiet time alone. The host was very responsive and accommodating when possible. We definitely look at booking with Eric again! Thank you for helping make this Thanksgiving a memorable one!"
