"The room, the staff and location."

"The staff was polite and helpful. I am a light sleeper and asked the lady for a quiet upon arrival. She gave me a room on the "quiet" side of the building, away from the highway entrance. The room was quiet and clean. Everything in the room functioned well. Did not hear noise from outside traffic or people in other rooms, or on the hallway. The breakfast was good with many options. There was even a soda machine. I was very satisfied."

"We stayed here while at a soccer showcase with three other families. It was about 30 min away from Arizona Athletic Grounds where all our games were. The backyard is amazing! So much stuff to keep our teenage boys off their devices and having fun! We paid extra for the pool heat and so glad we did! The pool temp was perfect b/c the air temp was only in the 60s during our stay. The house had everything we needed. No travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash which is no big deal but some in our party were not prepared for that but easy enough to stop by the store. Host was always quick to respond and super helpful. House was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!"

"My family and I had a great time. This was a beautiful home in an excellent location! The pool was a great touch and there was plenty of space for us to hang out together or take in some quiet time alone. The host was very responsive and accommodating when possible. We definitely look at booking with Eric again! Thank you for helping make this Thanksgiving a memorable one!"
