"Cammy at the front desk was a huge help by making sure I hàd the wheelchair accessible room that I reserved via Expedia. Apparently the room originally reserved was given to someone elsee. I no longer had a wheelchair accessible room. Cammy went above and beyond to make sure I had a room suitable to my needs. Her empathy and common sense about situation restored my faith in the Best Western franchise. Keep up the great work Cammmy, and thanks again!"
