Dejligt og charmernede hotel i byens centrum, havde booket et dobbelt værelse, der fungerede fantastisk. Dejlig seng, store lyse vinduer og en aircondition, der virker tiptop. Personalet var simpelthen så hjælpsomme og venlige, beliggenheden helt i top, masser af liv om dagen og roligt om aftenen. En af de bedste hotel oplevelser længe og ville klart vende tilbage, hvis jeg skulle besøge Arles igen (som forøvrigt er en meget smuk by)

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nahe bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Récéption sind die Angestellten enorm hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum hat viel Charme, das Frühstück bietet leckere Speisen. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 12) ist winzig, kann mir zwei Gäste darin schlicht nicht vorstellen. Ebenso das Bad. Der Balkon bot ca. 1m2 Platz, da er total vollgestellt ist.

Worst arrival I’ve had in an hotel anywhere in the world. Absolutely no parking even to ‘ just stop’ near the hotel. Guests are expected to park in car park 6 mins no away so that you have to carry your luggage back to the hotel in the heat! Very very sad as A I was looking forward to my stay and B I never , ever left a review like this before.

Cute hotel with nice staff. This hotel is on the outskirts of town, it is not central. There is no laundry service onsite which hotels.com advertised. The laundromat is down the street off site and you must sit there 1-1.5 hours . There is no elevator.
