"Excellent staff in Reception and our Studio was great so overall very happy. Our only challenge was that the entry Code to get in was wrong which after a long day and a night time arrival was frustrating. Luckily someone did answer a phone call and helped us get in. Would definitley stay there again."

"A very pleasant stay at the Balmoral. Location is good, staff are helpful, breakfast is very good and the bar/lounge/outside area are nice places to relax. This was our second visit and hopefully we'll be back again."

"This is a really “old school” hotel - so some may think it could benefit from a freshen up - but we loved it as it was! Such huge rooms and beds. Plenty of interesting memorabilia to look at in lounge etc. Great location just off beach front and short walk to casino / shops / restaurants. The pool looked nice - though hadn’t yet opened for the season when we went. The breakfast was good too. Parking was tight but they did their best to pack cars in where they could. We would be delighted to return!"
