The initial impression was okay, but it quickly changed when they locked the hotel and locked me out in the middle of the night with no sign or prior notice. The phone rang multiple times without anyone answering. While I appreciate that they extended my stay upon my request, which I paid for, I was hurried to pay, as if I were running away, and they woke me up in the middle of the night. I already provided my card as a guarantor, so running up to my room to wake me up from sleep was totally uncalled for. Yet the overall service was average. Breakfast is charged per room at every other hotel, but they insisted on charging per head even though breakfast was used only once.

Great helpful service, great location, great breakfast! We would definitely stately stay here again. The front desk helped us with dinner reservations, tours, and gave us a free upgrade. Overall a very positive experience!

A beautiful property - the shared spaces and rooms were so luxurious and well designed. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever experienced. I chose the property for the spa space and rooftop pool/bar - which were both amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable - tall ceilings, excellent AC (important during a heat wave in the city), very nice shower and bathroom space. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!

Incredible hotel in the heart of Madrid. Staff were very helpful and friendly (even helped with calling us a cab bc of our early morning flight). The room was clean and modern with comfortable bed. There hotel even had a flamenco show at the theater during our stay (we weren’t able to attend during our travel schedule, but would love to for future visits).
