"This place is a Basque gem! We loved it. Andoni’s craftsmanship is evident everywhere you look and these beautiful touches create a stunning finish and a very cosy experience. My biggest fear staying in December was the cold- but when we arrived Andoni had already lit the pot belly stove and the whole house was toasty warm. Our clothes dried easily too. The house was perfect for our family of five. The location was excellent for exploring the Basque Country. My husband and I walked to Sare each morning for coffee (40 mins). The view from the house was lovely. "

"Was very good in every respect. Such a well presented and managed accomodation if you are self driving. In a quiet area easy to drive to and parking at door. Located minutes by car from the centre of Bayonne where there is central parking and many good restaurants. "

"Requested twin beds. The guy working at check in was not very friendly. The room worked out fine but his customer service was disappointing. Comfortable hotel this is our second time staying here and will stay again. "

"Room was clean but I was disappointed in the size, especially after noticing that a single person got a larger room than a couple. Perhaps it was a regular customer... But still disappointed. Breakfast was good with fresh ingredients. For a two star establishment it was an overall good stay for a very reasonable rate 👍"
