"Hopped on the free hotel shuttle after my flight was delayed. Easy check-in, super friendly staff, lovely room made a crappy travel day end on a relaxing note."

"The airport shuttle was wonderful. We had a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately housekeeping woke us up by knocking and opening the door at 8:15. With our time change that was 5:15am and we were NOT ready to wake up. When I shared my frustration with the front desk I felt dismissed. Bummer."

"I arrived around 11PM the waited for a shuttle for 30 min. then decided to take an airport train and walk a to the hotel. After a long flight from Europe it was very inconvenient. "

"Pros: the staff was nice, walking distance to Allstate Arena and great shopping and restaurants, price was decent compared to other hotels in the area. Cons: dirty! I actually had to clean urine off the toilet seat before we could use it. There was a suspicious dried puddle in front of toilet as well and bowl had clearly not been cleaned. Bathroom counter disgusting. White cabinets in kitchen area and all doors very dirty. No dishes at all in kitchen area. Only one bar of soap in bathroom - none in kitchen area. Bed was acceptably clean although there were hairs that I tried not to think about. The room and halls smelled fresh which was an absolute must for me - no pot smell. Overall, I would come back just for events at Allstate Arena but would bring cleaning supplies and paper products. Expect to have to clean the bathroom before using it. "
