Fantastic, multi-lingual staff. The rooms are spacious, for Europe, and very clean. But the staff which made it a great experience. Particularly Anthony and Yevgo (probably spelled wrong). They went out of their to make comfortable and to help find restaurants etc.

Great staff and they have garage parking for an extra fee. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is small and not much to choose from. My room was clean and cool.

Generally, the property was good and the staff very nice and friendly. The only issue with the room was that it had low water pressure because the toilet would take a very long time to fill back up

Excellent staff, very clean and spacious room, safe place to park my bike overnight (underground parking), and delicious breakfast! Good value!

An excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms and bedding. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants and hotels nearby. A thoroughly enjoyable and perfect stay.

Convenient and nice
Great location, nice staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Dirty cups in the room and a couple of small stains on the walls.

Great location, short walk from Arnhem station, convenient to downtown pedestrian areas for shops and restaurants. Near the river for historical sites. Comfortable rooms but somewhat dated. Nice breakfast on premises. Good value.

Location was easy to find and the parking was very convenient. It was located close to shopping and dining, which was a short walk away. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. An overall enjoyable stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying/stopping in Arnhem.

Very comfortable and impeccably clean rooms. CoVID-19 regulations were implemented at the front desk and in the elevators, and I felt very safe.
