The room was clean and all organized. Clean bathroom. 24 hrs restaurant service. Staff very gentle. Just one thing... my room's lock didn't close safely because all the the locks over there are old in which conventional keys are used. Time to change for newest locks.

Quanto a limpeza, nada a reclamar. O ponto que deixou a gente bem desconfortável foi o ar condicionado que estava pingando muito. Acionamos os responsáveis que ficaram de resolver o problema, porém saímos e nada foi resolvido. E a pior parte, molhando o chão todo. Os lençóis da cama como pegava no chão acabou molhando bastante e fomos perceber quando fomos nos cobrir. Cansada de reclamar, acabei não acionando ninguém. Com relação a acústica dos quartos, horríveeeel. Tudo que se faz, escuta lá dentro e vice versa, ou seja, privacidade zero para situações pontuais. O sabonete da banheira, péssima qualidade. Com relação ao café da manhã. Descemos já era 09:25 mais ou menos e muita pouca variedade. Tive que pedir mais presunto, quando vi, não era presunto, mas sim, apresuntado, ou seja, péssima qualidade. Pouca variedade! Contratei o fundue, pois era aniversário do meu marido, optei por conta das frutas, em especial, morango, no entanto, veio mashimelo. Não pedi para trocar, por receio. E por fim, quando faltava 5 minutos para o checkout, nos ligaram para avisar. Achei bem desnecessário nos ligar, pois já estávamos saindo. Não retorno mais!

O quarto era totalmente diferente do das fotos, foi confortável, porém havia toda uma expectativa com base nas fotos q nem parecem ser do mesmo hotel, café da manhã fraco e com muitos mosquitos sentando em tudo, funcionária q organizava as xícaras fazendo muito barulho, jogando tudo e batendo, quando chegamos não havia vagas no estacionamento, sendo q isso era um item da descrição do hotel. Íamos ficar 7 dias, porém ficamos somente 3 e decidimos ir embora.

Péssimo. Horrível. Hotéis.com tinha que tirar esse hotel das opções. Desorganizado. Não sabem nada da reserva. Quarto diferente do que foi solicitado.
