Nice, quiet and great view.
We stayed there for a few nights and had a great time. The cabin was clean, and spacious. The view from the deck was awesome and he grill made the experience even better. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows very soft. The only thing to complaint about is the downstairs shower and sink don't drain properly and it needs fixing. Other than that our experience was very good and will be staying there again.

Cozy cabin near to Bear Valley
We liked the cabin. It was well supplied/equipped, the local team was readily available. It is about a 35min drive to Bear Valley - we would book again.

Lovely Cabin!
We loved our stay at this cabin! Used to visit Blue Lake Springs as a kid and was wonderful to share with my kiddos! The Stiles cabin was so cozy and charming! Loved seeing the pics on the walls of the building process! Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return in winter to visit Bear Valley to ski!

Cute cabin, dirty cabin
Cabin itself is cute and access to HOA pool for fee made it ok BUT… the furniture is filthy, the cabin was dirty, sheets dirty, in summer the cabin is VERY warm, the driveway was super steep requiring you to back into it to insure you can get out, outside area isn’t kept up (random stuff like shovels/sleds/tarps/coolers/dirty rug/ dog poop/ random furniture/ sketchy stuff no unsafe stairs, etc.). If your expectations are set accordingly you can enjoy the cabin.

Spring Break Heaven
What a wonderful little cabin. Beds are comfy and warm. Very clean and tidy. If I owned this cabin I would update the living room furniture and have safer chairs at the table. Games and puzzles missing pieces, time to update the games. These are all very simple fixes. We will return none the less.

Cute and comfortable. Was a bit warm without air conditioner. Information on how to access the trash container would have been helpful. Twin beds have dangerous frame sticking out.

Most Excellent Vacation!
Absolutely great property. We have been coming up to the Mountains for 20+ years and this was one of the most memorable stays. Great accommodations and amenities. Comfortable, cozy and exceptionally clean! We will be back! We highly recommend this cabin for your Arnold stay.

Great mountain escape
Wonderful, rustic, cozy cabin. Had everything we could need, including a fantastic patio and nice kitchen. A great place to visit with friends for a weekend retreat.

Filthy place. Covid Cabin
Filthy carpet and furniture. Chair broken in front room. Duvet cover on my bed not washed. Wash door won’t close. Outside deck seating had coffee spill marks still from previous occupants. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!

We will be sure to speak with the owner about a possible replacement. We had the washing machine door checked and it is closing properly. Great for winter, not summer
Nice cute cabin in the woods. Might be great for winter, not so much in the summer. No A/C at all. I misread that when renting. It was 91 degrees in the house when we got there at 10:20 pm at night. It was miserable. House was dirty, carpets were nasty.

Beautiful Mountain Views
We had a fantastic time. The cabin looks out on endless Pine tree forest. There was a large deck that gave plenty of space for my twins and sisters twins to play and still be within our sight. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy nature.

This cabin is so nice and quiet! It was nice to relax on the deck and listen to the birds!! The driveway can be tricky, especially at night! Hard to see! But once you know when to go real slow and look for it, then no issues! The cabin was very clean, with the exception of the carpet! Really has a lot of big stains!

Comfy cottage in the woods
The house and property were lovely. However, I booked the cottage/house specifically for the wood-burning fire place. When we arrived after check in (4:00 p.m.) by the time we unpacked and began to start the fire place, there were NO matches, NO starting logs, NO paper. I was extremely disappointed that I could not build my anticipated fire!! We did not have ANY cell phone reception. We were never told only Verizon works in Arnold. The landline phone that is in the house DID NOT work at all. The house was lacking instructions on where to put the garbage (NO instructions whatsoever) There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. I had to use paper towels. There needs to be more attention to details with the amenities. The property management company came over to give fire place supplies and fix the television, connected the landline phone. We had a great visit in Arnold. It snowed and the view from the beck is beatiful.

Great cabin in a quiet neighborhood
Such a great cabin with more than enough room for our family of 3. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being able to spot deer every morning off the decks and out the windows. Very comfy beds, ckean bathrooms and well stocked kitchen made the stay super comfortable. Thank you for sharing your wonderful family cabin with us!

Amazing view
Definitely coming back! This cabin is adorable, it’s clean, well equipped and incredible views. My family enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the open air porch, taking in all the nature beauty and smell.

Last minute get away
We loved this property. We needed a last minute getaway and this worked perfectly for our family. We loved hanging on the deck with wine and soaking up the quiet. The driveway is easy to access but would make me nervous in a snowy winter stay.

Great place to stay for a family
Loved this property and how well stocked it was for a family. So many toys and games for kids as well as some nice extras like a high chair, stroller and baby bath tub. Note a pack and play was listed but there wasn’t one on premises - fortunately we brought our own. Would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Perfect time away in the woods
Lovely cabin. It feels like you are all alone in the woods, as the windows look out over the forest. Beds are comfy. Baths & kitchens upgraded and nice. Would totally stay again.

Cute A-frame in the Sierra
My family and I met friends here for a long weekend- they’re moving back to the East Coast and this was a great way to say goodbye to them. Plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 kids. We cooked at home for every meal- it has a well-equipped kitchen. It wasn’t quite cold enough yet in October but we lit the wood-burning fireplace anyway for ambiance. It was so cozy and nice. In the early evening we drove the short 5-minute drive to White Pines Lake with our inflatable raft. The kids loved it! We looked for the membership cards to access the community pool, searched everywhere and couldn’t find them. Disappointing but didn’t ruin the trip- the lake was nice, so we didn’t bother calling asking for it. While searching for the cards, I flipped through the 2 visitors binders near the kitchen, and read that checkout was actually noon! I was thrilled to read this, since we have small children and everything takes longer. The extra hour really helped, but then the maid service came while we were still packing and cleaning, and she thought that check-out was at 11. She drove away and I felt terrible. I hope in the future the binder will be changed so that other guests don’t have this awkward situation. Overall we had a great time and hope to book this cabin in the future.

Good cottage
The house itself was nice and the check in process was easy. However, when we got to the property, all chairs, stools, fans etc were placed on top of beds, dining table, kitchen counter etc. The floor rug was on top of the couches thereby making the couches dirty. Had to spend first 30 minutes after checking in to just put everything back on the floor and that took away from the experience.

Great cabin for us and our two dogs!
Well cared for cabin with a view overlooking the hillside- our dogs loved watching the squirrels and such. Parking is easier than I thought (my interpretation from reading a different reviewer). Two ways to pull in and easy to pull straight in or back into the space(s).

Comfy cozy cabin
Nice homey cabin, well organized layout. Pretty view from the living room and deck with near and far tree lines but with sun coming through also. The queen bed I slept in downstairs was very comfy. Good heat in the house with thermostat. The one thing I would say needs clarity is the access to the cabin parking space. There is a little lower road for the 3 cabins near by. You enter from the far cabin and this allows you to aim right into you parking space at the other end (and exit on your end). You could enter at your cabins address but you would then back up into your parking space and then exit going past the other 2 cabins. In other words its too steep to back up the road you go down and not necessary. I did not want to park on the street. There is a small carve out big enough to get yourself off the road but its a bit far away for carrying things and adds a second set of stairs. It is good for daytime guests though. Love Calaveras County!

Wonderful family cabin!
