"This was our 3rd stay and everything was as expected. Staff is great and we love your cocktail menu :-) There was a power outage in the morning, affecting part of the hotel and the staff handled it well and calmly. We will be back. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience again."

"This rating is based on the balance of price and amenities. The room and ensuite were clean, if a little tired. The WiFi was not 100% reliable. I appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in the room. I did not make use of the communal areas. Very conveniently located for the train station and Bluebridge Ferry to Picton."
