The apartment is located a few minutes walk from two beaches, Playa de Troya and Playa de Abono. Plata de Troya is better known as Playa de las Américas. It is a series of beaches with a high occupancy rate, which offer great services and amenities, such as rental of jet skis or pedal boats, rental of sun loungers for sunbathing , or promenades with restaurants and terraces with views of the sea and the beach.
