Excellent place except that some areas of the apartment had low ceilings, so don’t bump your head!

This is a top class hotel. Staff at every level and function are excellent! Just an amazing stay! We will be back.

Clean and tidy, comfortable for a couple of nights. We were in the ground floor apartment with window out the back lane overlooking cafes. Was very quiet at night. Perfect location for walking everywhere

Our stay was amazing. Our five year anniversary was made so special by the staff. Everyone was so lovely and so helpful. When we arrived we initially thought the hotel was empty because it was so quiet and we didn't see anyone until breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast was beautiful, every morning we woke up excited to go down and eat. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and attentive. They remembered our coffee order each morning and really seemed happy to see us. The reception team were wonderful, so helpful with restaurant bookings and helping us with transfers. I can honestly say the only mistake I made when booking this hotel was not staying longer.

We booked one night for three adults and paid $279.26, expecting a comfortable stay. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and accepted that the room would not be ready until 3 p.m. We only asked to complete the check-in paperwork in advance. We asked again at 1:45 p.m., explaining that we had a tour at 2 p.m. and would return late. The receptionist refused both times, and I found her attitude unfriendly. We returned exhausted at 11:30 p.m. and had to complete the entire registration process. The reservation advertised a sofa bed, but the room had a king bed and what appeared to be a fold-out chair. My husband slept on the chair while my sister and I shared the bed. We are not young adults, and this was uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we expected better service and a comfortable sleeping arrangement for all three guests.
