"Beautiful resort with luxurious buildings to roam and relax in. Room was very clean, staff (especially Vijay from the resort centre) were exceptionally attentive. The pool was a good temperature, and there were multiple sections and seating areas. There's even a shopping area within the resort! Multiple restaurants with a different cuisine meant we didn't eat the same meal twice during our 2 day stay!"

"Was really excited to stay at this property Unfortunately due to the current situation my flight got cancelled and the one I rebooked also got cancelled I tried calling and messaging to explain this Before this happened the st Regis team was very responsive and suggesting lots of stuff As soon as I explained what happened I have had no response no refund nothing Am extremely disappointed as I wanted to rebook to stay here in the future but after this I will not do so Clearly they only pretend to care when you book and as soon as a problem arises they cannot even be bothered to even respond Extremely disappointed "

"Beach view from villa was obstructed. In general, the property was clean but looked dated,. The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . At dinner at one of the restaurants, cheese was added to our vegan pasta and another day, I had to remind the waiter 3 times to get me a beer. This last item is not something that can be controlled but there were too many families with unruly kids so if you are hoping for a quiet time, perhaps this is not the best option. "

"Clean, spacious room, friendly and attentive staff. The pool was temperature controlled and newly renovated. We had an excellent time here! The breakfast was excellent and the variety on offer was exceptional."

"Booked for 4 people 2 kids 2 adults. When got ro room at 11 pm had to argue to get beds for childeen. They expected all 4 of us to share one bed. This was then again repeated on a second booking"

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of this world and the service was impeccable throughout. Staff were so sweet in helping with any request. The rooms could be upgraded, that's my only criticism. Otherwise we were very happy, especially with the beautiful towel art for my birthday from the housekeeping team. We'll be back! Thank you to all staff for making our stay amazing "

"We didn't get the room we'd requested and paid for. We were very disappointed with the room we got. Bathrooms and rooms definitely need to be renovated. Over rated as a 5 star hotel. Only positive was the good staff they have. "
