Hotel was very good including staff were very helpful and poliet. Obly downfall they had the same set menu for breakfast daily. And didnt have option of selecting food. Also no option of ordering dinner or lunch. I feel staff need to speak English and not local language.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things .
To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water .
The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room .
