"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. No 2° dia, solicitamos a recepção a troca de toalhas e a plaqueta de aviso do quarto. Fomos informados de que a plaqueta estavam sendo confeccionada e que o pedido seria repassado. Após mais de quatro horas sem retorno, solicitamos ajuda a uma camareira, que de forma muito atenciosa e gentil conseguiu nos auxiliar...
