The staff was very courteous and although small the room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The hotel floors were extremely clean and shining and the pictures created a nice ambiance. It was a very short and enjoyable stay.

The room was beautiful and clean. When we first arrived, we were given a room that we did not reserve, but after making a complaint with the front desk, we were given the initial room we had booked the next day. The food wasn't great, and it was impossible to find almond milk after breakfast was over. The entertainment was very upbeat, and the entertainment crew made sure we were included in all activities

Hotel tranquilo con personal muy amable y atentos. El personal de animación Rissa, Luis, Genna y otros, comparten mucho con los huéspedes. El servicio del área de los niños es excelente, son amables y atentos con los niños. El personal del comedor como Kerly y Adolfo son excelentes. Las facilidades siempre limpias y de fácil acceso. Todo es cerca para llegar con facilidad. A Darwin en la piscina lo extrañaremos…. Es la vida del área.

Very clean room and very friendly staff. I would recommend and stay here again. The restaurant food is very good and the rooftop lounge is great and play great music and the atmosphere is great.
