We had traveled four and a half hours to attend a wedding, arriving with the pressure of a tight timeline to get ready. When we learned our room wasn't yet available, a little bit of stress began to set in. That's when two absolute lifesavers, Samieah and Sonja, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. They listened to our dilemma with genuine empathy and, without hesitation, offered us an opportunity to upgrade to an available room so we could get ready for the wedding immediately. Their kindness was such a relief. They were so incredibly gracious and accommodating, transforming a moment of stress into an experience of feeling truly cared for. This thoughtful gesture was so deeply appreciated and set the most wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. We had a corner room in the skyline suites and it was such a stylish room with lots of small details that made the equally functional and beautiful. The staff were great and went above and beyond to help with our accessibility needs. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Philly."
