"Fine for a night. Room was sizable and the bed comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Property tired and needs updating. Wide selection at breakfast, however the cooked food was inedible, and the area was small for the size of hotel. Very noisy outside the hotel at night. Location is 6 mins from central station."

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for what we were doing in Milan. The air conditioning was broken while we were there, and on the second night, a pipe broke, so we had no hot water. But the breakfast was wonderful, and the ladies who worked the breakfast were amazing--so kind and very hard working! It's probably the best included breakfast we've ever had at a hotel!"

"I booked this hotel just for the pool. Hotels.command it was a seasonal pool and showed dates of end of March. When we went up to the pool we found the whole area closed off for refurbishment. They did not tell us this on check in or on line. "

"Small hotel in need of some tlc. We stayed for one night, to visit the San Siro, which is 20 mins walk or a short metro ride. Buffet breakfast, croissant, cakes, biscuits, cereal, bread, tea and coffee, really very good. Room mediocre. We had room 54 at the very top. Window broken in the bathroom, looked like it had been for some time. Lots of light switches that didn’t do anything, and sockets which didn’t work. Headboard loose. Had to leave the bathroom light on all night as a big post was in the middle of the room, to avoid hurting ourselves on that or the sloping roof. Couldn't get air con to work. Shower gel and soap available, no fridge or kettle. No bar as advertised however there is a fridge in reception to get water, soft drinks and beer. "
