"The room is very clean and tidy, water pressure is great in the bathroom for shower and the sink. Our room has the river view and it is amazing to wake up to that breathtaking view. Staffs are helpful but seems to be shorthanded, especially with large groups, service could be dragging. Not the fault of the staffs but more on the hotel management. Still it does affect the guests experience. Overall it is an amazing location, great view, and also has 4 slow speed ev chargers."

"The unit was small but clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed overnight after a long day of travel, but it was spacious enough to have stayed longer to explore near by. The bed was very comfortable which allowed us to get a good nights rest for our next day of long travel."

"We had a lovely stay - the berry farm around us and the dueling roosters were a treat. The roosters were far enough away that it was endearing, not annoying. The AC was helpful with the heat, and the kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee/tea, and some snacks as well."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy home! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and private, while still being conveniently close to the downtown area, making it easy to enjoy nearby shops, restaurants and walking trails.The river is such a beautiful backdrop. It really felt like the perfect balance of privacy and being close to everything.The host included so many thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel like a true home away from home. There was seasoned wood ready for fires, a bottle of wine waiting for us, and a s’mores kit that was such a fun and thoughtful surprise. One of our guests even took advantage of the free weights for a workout, and having laundry available was another great convenience. The house is clean and has several little nooks and seating areas for gathering.On the cooler nights, we especially enjoyed the plush, cozy blankets — they made the home feel even more warm and inviting.Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, and we truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. It was a wonderful getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This was probably the most wonderful placeI have ever rented. Description is very underplayed. It has a spectacular porch. The apartment is so artistically and tastefully decorated. The unexpected surprise fresh baked treats were amazing."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would still give this property five stars because of what mattered most to us: the location and the land. The setting is beautiful, and our dogs absolutely loved exploring the property. We spent our time walking the grounds, relaxing outdoors in the peaceful setting. We also really enjoyed the bright, welcoming living room and its comfortable sofas.perfect spot to watch the World Cup final!There are a few areas that could be improved. Much of the house felt sparsely and oddly furnished. The sunroom is lovely, but the bench seating with plastic-style cushions wasn’t comfortable, and another room contained only a couch, making it feel unfinished.A big issue was the primary bedroom mattress. The king mattress was severely caved in on one side and essentially unusable. I’m shocked it is being rented with it. The bedroom we used also had no bedside lamps; fortunately, I found one in a closet. While the kitchen, sunroom, and downstairs bathroom are nicely renovated, the house felt quite dark during the day, especially the kitchen. We were also surprised that no firewood was provided for the fireplace or fire pit given the nightly rate.Finally, communication with the management company, Avant, was slow and unhelpful when we reached out about a checkout change and early check-in. That likely reflects the management company rather than the homeowner.With a few updates and better management support, this could be an exceptional rental."
