"Rooms were tidy. Good amenities. Easy entry. Washer and dryer were combined as one machine and were not that easy to use. Quiet location. Good parking."

"This condo was a great base for us during our stay on Queenstown. The area was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was new, comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommended this condo."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The highlight has to be the wonderful views of the Remarkables —waking up to that scenery was a treat, especially with such easy access to the nearby tramping trails.
The kitchen is well-equipped for most needs, though a few extra utensils would be a helpful addition for those who enjoy cooking full meals.

"Easy to check in/out without even meeting anyone. Staff were extremely helpful and quick to reply when contacted through the app. My one issue would be that the property is marketed as apartments when in reality a lot of their rooms are just hotel style rooms. You pay a premium for an apartment but then are unable to cook food in your unit."

"The hotel is 20+ minutes walking to the airport and a bus stop is 8 minutes walking distance.
There is NO skiing bus passing the hotel. The closest pick up point is about 30 minutes walking distance or 10m bus at Frankton Golf Club.
I booked twin beds room, which does not have a chair or desk. This is very inconvenient."
"This hotel is about attention to detail and they nail it. The staff is incredible. They take a pride in making your trip special. Coffee, fresh juice and pastries in the morning. Wine and cheese for happy hour. Whiskey and chocolate in the evening. Turndown service. 5 min walk to the heart of town. Stunning views. Great bar/restaurant on site. Really just above an beyond"
"The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern"
"My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable internet connection."
"We booked our trip to Queenstown through Expedia as part of a bundled travel package and stayed at the Swiss-Belresort. What drew us to this hotel was its affordability, convenient location, the inclusion of breakfast, and availability of family rooms.
Upon arrival, we found it incredibly convenient, as it was just a short walk to the bus stop that connects us to the city, with routes leading to both Jacks Point and Arrowtown. The stay was comfortable due to the in-room heaters and the provision of basic necessities, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, lotion, a toothbrush (just one!), a comb, and other small toiletries that we didn’t bother to pack for our quick getaway.
The room itself was quite basic and could use some upgrades. For instance, the phone in the room was nonfunctional when we attempted to use it to order food delivery. We ended up having to visit the restaurant ourselves to place our order and request delivery to our room. The TV was not a smart TV and only had few channels to choose from The wifi signal was strong though that we kept ourselves entertained with our smart phones.
Additionally, the hotel offers laundry facilities for guests, which proved very useful for washing our dirty clothes. The reception staff were also accommodating, helping us obtain the coins we needed to operate the washer and dryer machines.
Overall, our stay was comfortable, and I would recommend this hotel to families seeking budget-friendly accommodations."
