"On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend."

"Very easy check in/out Good rooms, very good Continental breakfast with great breakfast times (start 0530). Within easy level walk of local station. only thing missing was no tea/coffee facilities in room. "

"Did not stay! Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer! I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!"
