"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "First of all, the hotel photos look absolutely nothing like reality. There’s a terrible stench throughout the hallways and especially inside the room. The toilet makes a loud noise and barely works at all. There’s also a complete lack of security; people who look homeless are wandering the hallways, and the smell of weed is coming from every corner. I was too afraid to complain because I didn’t want to face any retaliation or harassment. As a result, I spent the entire day outside and only came back late at night when things quieted down."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the property felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. The microwave in the room was dirty, and I would not feel comfortable using it to heat food. The coffee maker was also filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned properly. The advertised free breakfast was extremely limited. Instead of a typical breakfast, the only options available were yogurt and an apple. Considering the nightly rate of around $350, the value was far below expectations. Based on the condition of the property and the amenities provided, it felt more like a $30-per-night motel than a hotel charging premium rates."

"I had a terrible experience at this location….. Drug addicts Rome the streets day and night…Drug dealers control the corners waiting to rob people…. There is a female drug addict upstairs that’s always fighting and making noise with men…. There is an Ant infestation in that unit and Ants are everywhere…. The floor is sticking and dirty…. There is a major buildup of Grease and dirt on all the appliances… the cleaning staff bearly cleans… I can smell the mice and see the mice dropping along with the mice traps in between the stove and refrigerator….. the couches and chairs are so dirty I did not feel safe sitting down and eating my meals….. there was also a camera in the living room watching and listening to your every move and conversation…. The carpets are so dirty…… there is a terrible scent of the sewer in the bathroom. It smells like the sewer pipe cracked, and all the gases are escaping into the bathroom….. The beds are very uncomfortable….. my spine shifted sleeping on those beds……”"

"Private, quiet and convenient. The gym underneath is was not as bad as the reviews say. You hear th occasional barbells hitting the floor but those are for the big boys so late at night was rare. They had some event going on where there was loud bass music. I sleep with my sound machine and slept like a baby"

"I opened the door with the combination provided and the place was under demolition torn down to the studs, and not to mention I was robbed worse area ever. After all that as I carried 250 lbs of luggage the Vrbo rep tells me that I need to go back over there and take pictures. I am so disappointed, and honestly considering legal action. I expect a call back with in 24 hours."
