Broken tv, unplugged refrigerator, cold air vent directed at the bed, brightly lit thermostat that lights up the whole room while try to sleep, flashing smoke detector too close to the bed. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms..thought when I booked this hotel that breakfast was included, but was told it was not.? would be nice if a hot cup of coffee was available for late raisers and those coming back in after a eventful day, especially when its so cold like it has been.
