My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The only issue I had was that I paid for a food credit, which I was told was for the food court, and when I purchased from the food court, I was told that store in the food court wasn’t eligible. None of the other restaurants in the food court was open and I asked the front desk before going if it was any store in the food court. Only was informed at checkout. Felt like deception.
Everything else about the resort was great. I will return in a couple weeks.

We used to stay here all the time. Now you can't get any bar maids to come around (we were on the gambling floor the first night for over 5 hours and NOT ONE drink was offered. I had to pay overpriced rates for bottles of beer. Ridiculous. We went to other casinos over the weekend and never had that ...
