"Recently spent 10 nights here. From meeting the property manager upon our arrival, to the time of our departure; the home is very very welcoming. It is situated away from the busier north end of the island, which is what we wanted for our stay. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The location makes it very easy to get out to the National Park, and the local beaches. The home has all the items necessary for cooking your own meals. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gas bbq grill is nice for cooking outside and not heating the interior. There are 2 grocery stores within 1/2 mile, or you can go into the bigger stores about a 20 minute drive away that carry more "American" items. The enclosed area around the pool makes it a very private place for getting some sun au naturel, if you prefer. There is a concern that my wife had, so I have to put this in, lack of hot water. We understand the Aruban way is that the water gets heated enough, in the pipes; to be sufficient for showering. Only 5% of the island has actual water heaters @ hotels. My wife has a low base core temp, 96F so she's always cold. She wears long thermal underwear at home in 50F degree weather. She would get out of the 5 min shower shivering and teeth chattering, I had no issues but I'm always on the warm side. We would heat water on the stove top for doing dishes (I know we're spoiled Americans, but hot water does a better job of getting the dishes clean). Bottom line yes I would stay here again next trip"

"The Villa was exceptional as were the hosts. The views were breathtaking in this quiet paradise. Every room and outdoor space was lovely and comfortable. Kris and Chris clearly anticipated all the wants and needs of their guests with well equipped kitchens, bathrooms, pool floats, and extras for excursions like snorkels and goggles for UTVs. Kris was a wealth of knowledge helping us navigate the island with restaurants, traffic tips and an escort to the airport around Carnivale. We could not have asked for a better week with fantastic hosts! "

"This was one of the easiest VRBO experiences I have had. First it was very easy to communicate with the hosts. Second the accommodations looked exactly like the pictures. Third, you definitely needed a car, or two. Everything was about 20 minutes away. Finally , we used the chef they recommended and he was excellent. It was a great vacation and when we come back we hope to stay at one of their properties."
