It is a pleasure for us to welcome you to our banana tree plantation and learn a little more of the traditions, gastronomy, culture and economy of the Northern Zone of the island of Gran Canaria. Contact: granacanariaholidays4all@gmail.com 0034 686664380.

Our property is located in the very Excellency Arucas City, in the neighborhood of Trasmontaña, in a unique, sustainable and surrounded by nature. center established agricultural estates in the banana monoculture.

Finca La Esperanza is a traditionally built property in an "L" (building and room services, stables and warehouses) with large open spaces with an area of ​​25, 000 square meters and a farm close to 100 . 000 Kg. of bananas annually. Finca La Esperanza over the years has been restored adapting rooms adjacent to the house alpendre lounge areas, barbecue, gym, solarium, parking and swimming pool to offer a home accessible to all.

Finca La Esperanza has accommodation for 9 people maximum 6 adults and three children, in an incredible setting, surrounded by banana trees a short distance from the north coast of the island of Gran Canaria.

Accessible!

Enjoyable holiday, in well appointed house with amazing views and good pool thats fully accessible. Accessible features were as required for a wheelchair user. Well situated for Las Palmas and its attractions.

A great place to stay!

A great location to visit the history rich northern section of Gran Canaria.A very comfortable house well suited for families. Nice. open views. The big plus that makes this place stand out is the access to the banana plantation and fresh fruits in season (bananas oranges goyaves for us in february). Excellent communication with the owner.

Sejour de 15 jours en famille

Très sympathique maison, bien équipée et au coeur d'une bananeraie. Le plus, une petite piscine CHAUFFEE!!!, le moins une autoroute que l'on distingue au loin et que l'on entend un peu. Les propriétaires sont charmants et reactifs au moindre problème prproblème

Great Finca close to lots to do

Pilar and her husband are kind and considerate hosts. Pilar gave me a wealth of information and tips before we came. The Finca is well positioned to explore the amazing mountainous north and interior, whilst easy roads connect South and close to Las Palmas. The house is beautiful with a hot shower and access to your very own banana plantation which felt very special. There is a rooftop to sit on and outside dining area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Our children loved the pool which is heated, so even on cloudy days was well used! We would not hesitate to recommend, we had a great holiday.

Geweldig

Wat een topplek! Superschoon, zwembad is heel fijn (voor de kids vooral) en de locatie is geweldig. Deurtje door en je liep zo Narnia in (alias de bananenplantage). Eigenaren zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. Mochten we weer naar Gran Canaria gaan, dan boeken we dit weer. Succes gegarandeerd!

La bananeraie paradis

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le nord de la Grande Canarie. On a l'impression d'être seuls dans le quartier, entourés par la bananeraie qui nous est ouverte et dont la visite a été assurée par Pilar. La maison est parfaite et l'extérieur nous offre tous les lieux nécessaires pour nous détendre : piscine, terrasse, salon ouvert, salon fermé, salle de sport, etc. Autant dire qu'on peut choisir entre rester et sortir. Juan Antonio nous a accueillis à l'arrivée, il est aussi gentil que Pilar. Nous recommandons chaudement cet hébergement.

Urlaub mit Freunden in Gran Canaria

Wir haben in der Wohnung eine gute Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Doppelbetten, die Zimmer waren genau wie auf den Bildern und für so einen Urlaub optimal. Auch die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Bad war ebenfalls gut, eine zweite Dusche wäre noch super gewesen aber ansonsten alles top (Für das zweite Klo gab es allerdings keinen Schlüssel). Auch die Bananenplantage mit dem kleinen Hund als Bewacher war sehr interessant und hat uns allen gut gefallen. Fitnessraum wurde von uns ebenfalls genutzt, da wir ein kleines Tischtennis-Turnier veranstaltet haben. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und sehr nett. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!!!

Super dejligt sted.

Vi var 5 personer afsted. En kørestolsbruger. Dejlig varm pool med solstole. Fantastisk skønt banan plantage hvor vi plukkede frugt og gik små ture dagligt. Vi grillede i grillhytten hver aften. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig afslappet ferie i huset.

Beautiful place to relax with the family

This place is a little jewel, glad to have discovered it with our family and 4 months old little one. Pilar and Juan are very careful and responsive, they've prepared everything with great care and kept us informed about the ever changing Covid circumstances. It's only a pity the weather was not really up to our expectations thanks to an Atlantic storm, but we still enjoyed the heated pool as often as we could :)

Unik bostad i fantastisk närmiljö (bananplantage)

Bostaden består av en totalrenoverad finca intill en bananplantage. I denna bekämpar en flock höns hemtrevligt skadeinsekter. Kök och toalett/badrum är tipptopp med allt man kan begära. Tre stora sovrum. Separat litet hus med härlig grill och matplats. Och en annan byggnad med lekrum och TV. Även andra utrymmen finns samt takterass. Poolen är härlig; den passade oss med små barn utomordentligt. Mycket förekommande värdfamilj och trevlig övrig personal. En hyrbil är ett måste för att ta sig till affärer, badstrand mm.

Get away from it all

If you want to avoid the crowds and busyness of the south of the island, you want your own space and you want a house where everything has been thought about then this is for you. We really appreciated our late night meet at the airport, the oranges and bananas from the plantation and all of the little things that made this a perfect break for our family of 6. We had plenty of space in the house and everyone enjoyed the holiday so much. We would recommend to family and friends and hope to be back.

Séjour très agréable

Belle villa, confortable, calme, cuisine bien équipée , agréablement décorée. Très propre et ménage fait à la fin de la première semaine avec soin. Bonne situation pour visiter l'île car accès immédiat à l'autoroute. Accueil chaleureux et possibilité de visiter la plantation et d'assister à la coupe des bananes. Petite piscine temperée et bien entretenue permettant de se rafraîchir.

Nice stay in Finca La Esperanza

The house and place was great, very clean and comfortably. The pool and the roof terrace as a big plus. The owner very helpful and responded almost immediately to our questions. A bit difficult to find the place as the owner was away on holiday and the welcoming person did not understand English. Also notice that you need a car as the place was not very central. Very relaxing holiday as we all can recommend!

Relaxing and well situated Finca

We enjoyed 11 nights at Finca La Esperanza on our familymoon! My husband has mobility problems so the house was perfect for him to get around and the pool hoist was invaluable to enable him to enjoy the pool. We have three sons on their twenties who accompanied us on our honeymoon and they enjoyed chilling out on the roof terrace. There is plenty to do around and about although you will need a car. Arucas is a lovely town where we can highly recommend a wonderful tapas restaurant called Entre Duelas y Tapas. Also the rum factory there is very interesting. We also recommend visiting the coffee plantation at Agaete followed by lunch at Puerto de las Nieces. A restaurant called Ragu was excellent there. Pilar is a very helpful host and met us at the airport so that we could follow her in our hire car. We were grateful as it would have been quite difficult to find the Finca otherwise. The pictures do not do this house justice. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely return. Thank you Pilar!
