We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. "The house was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy. The kitchen is well appointed and the host providing coffee was an added bonus. We had some trouble with the AC our first night (Saturday). The host was very responsive and helped us to trouble shoot. Luckily the temps were not too high so we could sleep with open windows until service tech could arrive on Sunday morning. Very happy with how host handled the AC and the communication. "Lower level apartment is in a great neighborhood, tons of places to eat nearby and is not a long distance from other cities to visit such as Golden and Boulder. Neighborhood is very quiet barely saw any activity on the street outside and it was July 4th week."
