The residence-style hotel is excellent, offering a beautiful sea view. The private beach is a real bonus for relaxing. Daily housekeeping is impeccable and very thorough. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

Beautiful room with lovely view towards the ocean, nice beach, good dinner. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but taste good. Good to know: our rooms were at the top of the area, which meant a short uphill walk and some stairs to reach them. Worth knowing if you're traveling with anyone who has limited mobility or a disability.

The property is beautiful, staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were bigger than expected, basically apartments, and the view was wonderful. This was a family trip for our mom's 70th birthday. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was in the building w parking. That was helpful for mom bc there are a lot of stairs and hills everywhere. My mom was disappointed they didn't have an iron she could use, but they did offer laundry service. The resort has staff with golf carts that will bring you down to the lobby if needed and assisted with the luggage. My only recommendation for the resort is with the parking in the building we stayed in, there should be a mirror or sensors to let an entering or exiting car know that another car is there. I was up the winding hill when a van wanted to come down and wanted me to reverse down, I didn't feel comfortable doing that especially being in a rental. Luckily a staff member was behind me and guided the van to reverse back into the parking area so I can move forward. The van driver wasn't happy and give me a nice Italian exchange of words. Any time I drove in or out I made sure to tap the horn to avoid this issue. Overall I would stay here again, it felt safe, friendly, and homey. Also, in a great area.

The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent, spacious apt with all amenities and excellent view of the sea. Very quiet and safe. Free parking on site . A lot of steps up and down stairs depending of parking place and apt location. Otherwise great place to stay in Porto CERVO. Three minutes by car from all attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping. Amazing and helpful hotel staff.

Disappointing

The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff

Beautiful hotel with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and very clean. There is plenty of food places around the area. Never had problems finding parking. We will definitely come back, grazie mille!

Beautiful clean property. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a big terrace and sea view. Very spacious and There is everything you need (full kitchen, living room, big closets). Cleaning service did am amazing job, providing clean towels every day. Friendly staff and very helpful. Location is perfect. Definitely need a car. I am very happy i booked this place.

Ich fand das Konzept des Hotels sehr kundenfreundlich. Es handelt sich um saubere, große und gemütliche Räume mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer, einer großen Terrasse und einer Küchenzeile. Man hat somit eigentlich die Qualität und den Komfort einer Ferienwohnung, kombiniert mit den Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels: täglicher Zimmerservice, ein gepflegtes Hotelgelände und ein sehr schöner Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und die Liegen werden von einem freundlichen Herrn gepflegt. Die Bucht ist sehr schön zum Baden. Auch der Espresso an der Strandbar war sehr gut. Das Frühstück habe ich mir selbst zubereitet. Die Küche verfügt über einen Induktionsherd mit vier Kochplatten, allerdings ohne Backofen. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, scharfe Küchenmesser, Besteck, Töpfe und Bratpfannen. Ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine fehlen allerdings. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ohne Auto gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten, selbst einfache Einkäufe zu erledigen. Auch die Anzahl der Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann, ist sehr begrenzt. Ich war in der Nachsaison dort, und der Pizzaofen im hauseigenen Restaurant war bereits außer Betrieb. Eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel hat mich persönlich nicht besonders gestört, da ich tagsüber meistens am Strand war und dort kaum etwas davon zu hören war. Am Abend war es ruhig. Wer empfindlich auf Baulärm reagiert, sollte sich jedoch im Vorfeld erkundigen, ob die Baustelle noch besteht.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit toller Aussicht. Das Appartement war auch sehr schön (ein Zimmer sehr klein mit Etagenbett) und für Familien und Paare ideal. Die Receptionistas waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben☺️ Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr fein und vielseitig!

Très bel endroit, authentique et dans son jus. On recherche la simplicité et le calme. Loin du fric tapageur de Porto Cervo, il y a tous les ingrédients pour un séjour reposant.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage mit privat Beach. Unsere Wohnung mit Garten war super. Mega gepflegt. Garten komplett grün. An der anderen Seite wird derzeit renoviert. Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war fantastisch. Egal was war. Wir wurden sofort geholfen. ZB DIN Stecker für mein Laptop würde besorgt beim Elektriker Lage super. Bucht mit privat Beach sehr schön. Sehr nah an Porto Cervo. Mitten zwischen den bekanntesten Clubs.

Complesso molto ben curato in una bellsisma atmosfera ! Le lenzuola sono meravigliose soffici di ottima qualità le ho apprezzate molto ! L unica cosa negativa è la colazione di una tristezza allucinante 18 euro non ne vale perché non c è nulla cornetti immangiabili buffet non curato il tutto accompagnato da una musica di cattivo gusto ad alto volume alle 8 .30 del mattino un incubo !

Schöne Apartment-Anlage mit eigenem Strand. Ruhig gelegen und von unserem Apartment aus hatten wir einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges optisches Manko war eine Baustelle, auf der zum Glück während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gearbeitet wurde. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.

Sconsigliato per 6 adulti

Abbiamo prenotato per 6 adulti un appartamento con due camere da letto per 5 notti. Presenti una camera matrimoniale, una stanza piccolissima che non si può chiamare camera di circa 2.5 m x 1.50 m con un letto a castello e un comodino senza armadio e senza aria condizionata, un soggiorno molto spazioso con un piccolo divano letto materasso scomodo in cui due adulti faticano a dormire. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio ma ci hanno detto che era tutto pieno e ormai ci era stato assegnato quell’appartamento.. se avessimo prenotato direttamente con loro .. sarebbe stato diverso..lo sconsiglio vivamente per 6 adulti !! Poi bidet antiquato con i 3 fiorellini da cui non usciva acqua calda .. fatto presente ma .. nulla
