SMALL ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED FOR EXCELLENCE
We had a week in one of the larger rooms. Very comfortable, well furnished etc. But slightly inconsistent house keeping. Milk and teabags not always replenished so we had to ask. Not a big deal of itself but should not happen in a five star. Believe we had fresh towels every day despite the eco card. Two bottles complimentary water for the whole week. Took a number of days for the spa bath to be fixed. Breakfast fantastic. Dinner v good. Great table service. Drinks expensive. Quiet location on edge of town but easy walk to restaurants and shops. “Private” beach a few minutes ride away in hotels buggy with loungers, umbrellas etc. Some cold drinks on site. Rest and Food comes from the hotel. Excellent. We did not use the pool or gym (both of which looked superb) or spa.

Our overall experience was amazing. The hotel management team was beyond kind and generous during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this part of Sicily.

The hotel was fine but not a 5 star hotel. The beds are unfortunately super hard and for some that may be comfy. There’s no irons to iron your clothes and you need to have laundry service done which is completely overpriced. It was 13 euros to iron one shirt.

Beautiful property with wonderful and attentive staff! The rooms were well appointed as were the general areas throughout the resort. The spa was gorgeous with topnotch amenities. In addition to the pool there are two options for swimming; a private harbor deck with staff as well as a private section of beach with food and drinks with shuttle service on the 1/2 hour from 10am-6pm. A true five star gem.

A relatively new and elegant hotel in an understated kind of way. Excellent rooms and staff. Good attention to detail. Good facilities and breakfast. Fine pool area, short walk to a sea deck and a shuttle service to a beach where sunloungers and towels are provided.

The Property has an excelent Service. Rooms are extremely clean and very confortable for luggage and closet area. In the front Desk they gave us suggestions and everything was great. Nice Service to the Beach and Transportation if you decide to stay in the Hotel. If I travel to this area of Sardinia again I will go to this Hotel

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast excellent service great. Beach lovely (8k away). Music around pool kept cutting off every 3 minutes which weird and annoying but actually quite funny.

My husband and I were thrilled we chose the Grand Hotel Cannigione for our recent visit to Sardegna. It feels small and intimate, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it has all of the amenities we could have asked for. Luca, from the restaurant, went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable - he was fantastic. If you are planning a visit to this location, a couple of things to note, cabs are very expensive so plan accordingly. We wanted to go to a restaurant 3 km away and the ride was going to be 40 euros. However, we did walk to two FANTASTIC places 1) Li Finistreddi (a little bit of a hike), but the grounds and patio were worth it - probably wouldn't want to do at night time 2) Hotel Relais Villa del Golfo - an easy walk and beautiful patio. We had a wonderful dinner.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, 5 Gehminuten zum Zentrum und 20-30 Autominuten von den schönsten Stränden an der Costa Smeralda entfernt. Das Hotel selbst hat ebenfalls 2 Privatstrände, eines davon ein wunderschöner Sandstrand mit suoer Liegestühlen! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, 24 Stunden täglich. Werden sicherlich zurückkehren!

Nice hotel but does not match 5* expectations
We took three rooms to spend one night after a week sailing. The main idea was to relaxe for a day until getting our flight home. The hotel is well looked after and facilities are easy to reach. However it is far from 5* standards. Room is tiny, to access the beach you need to make a reservation ahead, shuttle is only every 30min and only if availabilities. Breakfast is alright but again not matching what you would expect from 5*. We were told no food was served at the deck pool (weird) but when we got there we were give a menu.. it seems lots of new staffs with not the right information. Last thing is taxis. To get there and leave we requested the hotel to order us a taxi giving them a heads up. It seems to be complicated on the island however as a customer I should not have to deal with these issues and the uncertainty. Good hotel overall but just not a 5* standard

Petit déjeuner dont la partie chaude (œuf, bacon saucisses....) était complètement froide chaque matin et aucune alternative proposée, ni de réchauffer.....

Mit Sicherheit kein 5 Sterne Standard. Man zahlt sehr viel Geld und er hält nur 4 Sterne Service. Wir hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht und mussten trotzdem für einen frisch gepressten Orangen Saft 5 EUR extra zahlen, ein Omelette war auch nicht im Frühstück inbegriffen und kostete 15 EUR. Jeden Tag immer das gleiche Frühstück. Im Zimmer bekommt erhält man keinen Bügeleisen zur Verfügung gestellt. Hierfür muss man auch extra Zahlen. 20 EUR für ein Seidekleid, 5 EUR für eine Unterhose etc. Einfach eine Frechheit.

Neues Top-Hotel auf Sardinien
Brandneues 5 Sterne Hotel -> alles noch in sehr gutem Zustand. Große Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Platz auf den Parkplätzen -> Steckdose zum Laden von E-Auto (keine Ladesäule) Zimmer groß, hell und sehr sauber Service ist auch sehr sehr gut! Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Steg (sieht auch neu aus) ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und einen Strandabschnitt am längsten Strandabschnitt der Costa Smeralda -> sehr zu empfehlen! Super ausgestattetes Fitness-Center! Auch die Behandlungen im Spa waren top Hotel 100% zu empfehlen!
