Relax with the whole family at this peaceful newly built place on the coast of Sardinia. With stunning sea views from the living room and rooftop terrace. 4 bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite, ensures you have enough space for a big families or groups coming together. As well as 3 bathrooms.

The property has a private pool being built for the 2026 season.

The house has an indoor and outdoor dining area, with a BBQ outside as well.

When entering the Villa, you walk into an open space that connects the kitchen, living room and dining room. From the dining room you can walk straight out to the outside dining area.

In the garden both above and below you have plenty of space to use, as well as a artificial football pitch for the kids and adults to play at.
