Please read the following information carefully before booking, to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

* A security deposit of €2,000 per week is required, payable 48 hours before check-in
* The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, following an inspection of the property
* In the event of technical issues, a maintenance technician is available; costs may be charged if the problem is caused by the guests
* The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings inside the property
* Outdoor security cameras are installed solely for security purposes
