In the district of Cala di Volpe 8 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 4 km from the centre of Abbiadori, 15 km from the centre of Baia Sardinia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 400 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "La Celvia" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. The stairway to the pool has in parts an open railing and in some parts no railing at all. Small children must therfore be accompanied by adults.
