Interior: The villa spans two levels connected by an internal staircase with 17 steps, covering a total area of approximately 200 sqm. GROUND FLOOR – Accessed from the outside via 9 steps; open-plan living and dining area with double sofa bed and kitchen; guest bathroom; access to the terrace on the same level. LOWER GROUND FLOOR – One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower; two double bedrooms, one with direct garden access via three steps; bathroom with shower; external hallway with access to the laundry area. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living area.
Park: The villa is surrounded by fully enclosed, flat grounds bordered by evergreen reeds and hedges. The garden includes olive trees and native plants that provide natural shade around the pool and outdoor living areas. The outdoor space is arranged for dining and relaxation, with direct access from the ground floor terrace. Access is via an electric gate, and there are two private parking spaces within the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is located on a flat lawned area with views over the Marina di Porto Cervo. Rectangular shaped; measures 9 x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 m; PVC-lined; access via steps with three submerged entry points; chlorine purification; internal lighting. The surrounding sun deck is equipped with loungers, tables and a parasol. Open from June 1 to October 31.
