"An old but convenient and decent hotel in every sense."

"Very nice and helpful staff, overall very happy with stay"

"We really enjoyed stay there"

"Had an amazing stay! Loved our relaxing time there and the city was beautiful. Went on a lovely hike. Hug and Momo were so sweet and such a great treat! The hosts were so welcoming and also had great recommendations for our trip going forward! Would love to stay again! "

"The room was clean and well-maintained. I had a very comfortable stay."

"Very good experience"

"Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, simple, but pleasant and spacious for the 4 of us. We weren’t there a lot of the time, but for tourists wanting a good place to stay while visiting Otaru, it was nice."

"My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "

"Convenient location, spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff."

"Good hospitality, good breakfast, nearby of the main streat"

"👍"

"A very convenient place to stay near the canal and within easy reach of all the central shopping areas"

"The perfect stay for three traveling around Sapporo in the winter. The clay tub was perfect. Comfortable and cozy, would come back!"

"Loved the hot springs and the complementary treats throughout the day."

"Very nice atmosphere. I liked bigger bathroom, separate toilet. Stuffs are nice, great breakfast."

"Great convenient location for visiting Otaru"
